Valencia, Spain

2-Mar-2014 • Valencia Spain

I first went to Valencia for the annual Feria de las Fallas. It was my first time to the city and I had a blast walking all over with my fellow tavelers looking at all the cardboard made statues of famous Spanish personalities and landmarks. Seeing all those beautiful and colorful figures all burned at midnight was unbelievable. All the artwork which must have taken weeks and months to finish, burned and turned into ashes within minutes. If there was one thing I learned from the fair, it was that nothing lasts forever. Beauty is fleeting.
