I was so happy to return to Seoul. Marc and I were just here six months ago but we had to cut the trip short and skip the Korea leg of our Christmas vacation because of the flu I caught right before we actually left. This time around, we had a good full week and we were determined to see the sights we missed the first time.
The Bonguensa Temple, right behind the Intercontinental Hotel-Gangnam. It was a temple adorned with predominantly white lanterns.
That's me at Bonguensa Temple.
The lanterns were not only suspended from lines above, they also hung from fences as well
More lanterns and the temple inside the park behind the Intercontinental Hotel in the Gangnam area of Seoul
Beautiful murals on the walls of the main temple
