On my trip to Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, I traveled with my classmate from Ateneo, Jackie and her daughter, Mia, as well as Rica, another Filipino national who lived and studied Spanish in Madrid. Jackie had just acquired her Spanish driver's license at the time, and she didn't mind driving around the Benelux countries. We rented a car in Leiden and off we went on our adventure.
Our very first stop in Belgium was Liege.

Our next destination was the Citadelle de Dinant.
This was my official photo at the Citadelle of Dinant. The man behind me was not camera shy. It was he who controlled the camera by remote. You can see his hand with it right next to my arm. He made sure it was just my image on the picture.

On our second day in Belgium, we reached Brussels. I liked Belgium a lot. I just loved the old and colorful architecture of the buildings.
Here I am at the Grand Place. I certainly would love to return here soon. I was awe struck the first time I laid my eyes on this beautiful and grand square.
